The editorial board of the Law and Humanities Quarterly Reviews has retracted this previously published pre-print. Upon the pre-print fase of this publication, the board found concerning issues of plagiarism related to a previously published article.

We stress that the ideas expressed in this article is not original, and the originality the arguments of this article is retained by the authors that has published the arguments prior to the publication of this pre-print.

This retraction announcement is necessary to maintain publication ethics. The editorial board apologizes for any inconveniences created, or confusions that may have arised due to this announcement. We will continue to advance strict measures to prevent similar cases in the future.
